Policies and Useful Information for Your Stay at Lands End Motel

Rates

All rates are based on 2-person occupancy, except #14 (4-person) and #23 (6-person). $10 per night charge for each extra person—children under 6 are free. Cribs available for single $10 charge.

Well-trained dogs are welcome. $15 per dog, per night charge. See below for complete pet information.

Reservations and Cancellations

For holidays, special events and during high season, June through September, a 2 or 3-night minimum stay for reservations may apply. Your credit card information is required to confirm your reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Less than minimum stays may be available upon telephone inquiry (800.793.1477 or 503.436.2264).

Cancellations made less than 1 week in advance incur a charge equal to the first night stay.

Hours

The office is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily (Tel. 800 793-1477 or 503.436.2264). Dial 0 on your room phone to reach the front desk during office hours. After hours, please dial 18 in case of emergency only.

Check in time is 3PM. Check out time is 11 am. If the office is closed, please leave your keys in the key drop. There is a lost key charge of $25.

House Keeping

We do not have daily maid service. Please place your towels outside your door before 1:00 pm and we will give you clean ones. Additional supplies and beach towels are available in the office. Additional maid service may be requested from the office by 10 am.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any room or on the walkways. Smoking in rooms will incur a significant cleansing fee.

Pets
 
Well-trained dogs are welcome. All pets must be registered. No more than 2 dogs per room. No large dogs or puppies please. A $15 per dog, per night charge is due at check-in. Dogs may not be left unattended at any time. Guests will be charged for unattended dogs and/or damage to rooms. Dog towels and blankets are available in the office. Please use the hose wash in the courtyard--do not bathe your dog in the room.Keep dogs on leash and out of plantings. Dogs are not allowed in the outdoor spa area. Cash customers must leave a refundable deposit at check-in.
 

Parking
 
Parking is limited and is available for registered guests only. Cars not registered at check-in may be towed at owner's expense.

Outdoor Whirlpool Spa

The outdoor spa is open from 11 am to 9 pm. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. Please ask the front desk to remove, stow and replace the cover. The blue key provided with your room key will open the spa area gate. Blue spa towels are available in the spa area. Please do not bring room towels to the spa. Please use the hose to rinse off sand before entering the spa. Dogs and alcohol are not allowed in the spa area. Please be courteous of other guests. Keep your voices down when you are in the spa area.

Oceanfront Terrace

The terrace, lounge furniture and barbecue are for the use of all of our guests. The blue key provided with your room key will open the sidewalk terrace gate. Please bring your own briquettes and lighter fluid. Furniture may not be removed from the terrace. Please keep your dog on a leash and out of the garden. Leave the terrace clean for other guests

Sand Wash

Hoses are provided in the courtyard, on the oceanfront terrace and in the spa area to wash sand from your feet and beach gear.

Ice, Beverage and Laundry Machines

Ice is available on the lower west walkway. Access to the beverage vending machine is through the courtyard below the west stair. A coin-op laundry is available on the second floor. Laundry hours are 9 am to 8:30 pm.

Fireplace

One DuraFlame log is supplied each day. Additional logs are available for purchase in the office. Please do not burn other logs in the fireplace. Do not adjust the damper. Please ask the front desk if you need assistance.

Amenities

All rooms have cable TV and DVD player, free wireless internet access, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer. Individual rooms have additional amenities.
